Refund policy
We hope that you love your products, but if for any reason you need to return your order, we will happily refund if:
Your item is returned within 14 days after receiving.
Your item is unopened, unused and in 'as good as new' condition.
Please contact aloe@thealoeco.com for your return number and our return address before you post your order back, to ensure no delays in processing.
Postage charges incurred in returning your item are your responsibility as the customer, unless the item received is faulty. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue straight away.
As a guide, please allow between 1-2 business days for your refund to be processed once received.
