Shipping within Australia
All orders over $80 ship free with standard shipping.

Online orders are processed and shipped with a tracking number within 1-2 business days from Sydney, Australia.

Events outside of The Aloe Co.'s control (such as delays caused by COVID-19) could delay the arrival of your package.
Shipping outside of Australia
All international orders will incur a $20 AUD shipping fee, with all orders shipped with tracking details via Australia Post (5-20 business day delivery, depending on location).
The Aloe Co. does not cover any duty/taxes/customs fees that may incur with international shipments - these charges are not included in the shipping fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding these fees.
