What happens once I place my order?
You will receive a confirmation email from us with your order number and order information. Once the items have been shipped you will then receive an additional email with tracking information, so you can track its whereabouts all the way to your front door.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Once you have placed your order, we aim to have it dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Depending on where you are located and your chosen shipping method, your order should arrive between 2-5 business days after you receive your tracking email and number. Please keep an eye on your tracking number - this will be the best indication of timing.

How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free for all orders over $50 within Australia, and $6 for all orders under $50. Express shipping in $10 for all orders, Australia-wide.

Can I cancel my order once placed?
If you need to cancel an order or make an amendment to any details (address, for example), please email us (aloe@thealoeco.com) as soon as possible after your order has been placed, as we may be able to cancel or amend. There was a missing or damaged item in my order. What do i do?

Do your products contain any harmful chemicals?
We don't use anything that isn't necessary for your skin. Our products contain no parabens, PEGs, sulfates (SLS/SLES), GMOs, mineral oils, petrolatum or colours/fragrances of any kind.

Why don't you use any fragrance, not even natural fragrance?
We created a product to suit all skin types by reducing the amount of 'filler' usually seen throughout the market. Sunkissed skin is already fragile and as fragrances can irritate some skin types (yes, even natural fragrances and essential oils), we decided to leave them out. Our gel has a light, fresh scent which settles after a few minutes on the skin.

Where are the aloe co. products made?
We're all-Australian! The aloe vera used in our products is grown in Australia, while the gel itself is manufactured in Sydney.

Is your packaging recyclable?
It sure is! Our bottles, cardboard shipping boxes and internal packaging are 100% recyclable (just give your bottle a quick rinse before throwing it in your recycling bin).
